Vintage Bicycles & Custom Rat Rods - Winter Hobby |
| Every winter I seem to take up a new hobby. For winter of 2011 I decided to build a cool 20" bike for my eight year old son. That turned into two or three bicycles... and then I was bit by a vintage bicycle bug that dug in deep, super deep. I started collecting vintage balloon tire bicycles, heck I even posted ads on CL buying vintage bicycles. Within three months I had assembled a basement full of bike parts, a dedicated room for dis-assembly & assembly of bikes. I had created a website for Milwaukee bicycle enthusiast, and was buying rare parts on eBay for my custom one of a kind functional vintage bicycles. Since then I still have a passion, but have cooled it down a bit to focus on learning about different passions. For now at least :) | |

The first one I built for myself. |
Probably my second or third at this point. |
This one became more of a challenge than I ever could have imagined. |

One Heavy Duty I built for my friend to ride. |
